c3999 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Stay in the fun — c3999 provides a range of effective tools and guidelines to protect every player's mental and financial well-being.
Let Gaming Be Fun, Not a Worry
c3999 believes online gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or an escape from stress. We want every player to enjoy themselves safely, within their own means and time. That is why our platform offers multiple responsible gaming tools that you can use at any time.
Gambling is a choice — and ensuring that choice always remains informed and controlled is the core goal of c3999's responsible gaming policy. Our team is available 24/7 to support you.
Important Age Restriction
All services at c3999 are for persons aged 21 and above only. Account creation or gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. We enforce age verification measures rigorously.
Keep Your Gaming Experience in Your Control
c3999 gives every player the ability to limit and manage their gaming activity as they see fit.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Lowering a limit applies right away; increasing one requires a waiting period, which protects you from making large deposits in the heat of the moment.
Session Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you want to play. When the set time is up, the system will automatically alert you and end the session. This is an effective way to avoid losing track of time.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break, you can exclude yourself from your account for a set period. Options range from 7 days up to a permanent break. All marketing communications are also paused during a self-exclusion period.
Activity History
You can view your gaming history, win/loss records, and total spending at any time. Being aware of your own activity is the first step toward responsible gaming.
24/7 Support
c3999's live chat and email support ([email protected]) are active around the clock. Help is available in both Bengali and English for any gaming-related concerns or issues.
Minor Protection
Use a PIN or password on your device to prevent minors from accessing your c3999 account. Using device-level parental control software is also recommended.
Recognize the Signs of Problem Gambling
When gaming shifts from fun to a problem, certain signs appear. If you notice any of the following in yourself or someone you know, seek help promptly.
- Spending beyond your budget repeatedly and trying to chase losses.
- Trying to quit gaming but being unable to, or feeling uncomfortable when stopping.
- Hiding gaming activity from family and friends.
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities because of gaming.
- Relying on gaming to relieve stress or depression.
- Taking on more debt or borrowing money from others to cover gambling debts.
Build Healthy Gaming Habits
Following these simple guidelines while playing at c3999 will keep gaming enjoyable at all times.
- Set a budget before you play and do not go beyond it.
- Gaming is for entertainment only — never think of it as an alternative source of income.
- Take regular breaks. Rest for at least 10 minutes every hour.
- Avoid gaming while drinking or when tired — your ability to make sound decisions is reduced.
- Even on a winning streak, stop at your planned time.
- Avoid placing large bets to recover losses — it only makes the situation worse.
