2.3 Account Suspension or Closure
c3999 may suspend or permanently close any account without notice under the following circumstances:

- If any part of the Terms is violated.
- If fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
- If a user behaves inappropriately toward other users.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Deposit Methods
c3999 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
3.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 10–45 minutes to process. c3999 approves all withdrawal requests after verification.
Before withdrawing, make sure your account has no pending wagering requirements. Withdrawals may be delayed if bonus-related wagering requirements have not been met.
3.3 Transaction Responsibility

Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
Users are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit at c3999, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are usable only on eligible games; bonus use may be restricted on certain games.
- Participating in multiple promotions simultaneously may not be possible — specific terms apply to each offer.
- c3999 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, c3999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
4.4 VIP Program
The c3999 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Regular players at each tier receive weekly cashback benefits. Moving up to a higher tier unlocks greater cashback and exclusive benefits. c3999's decision on VIP tier placement is final.
Gaming Rules & Prohibitions
5.1 Fair Play Policy
